Processing Time
The preparation time for orders typically ranges from 1-2 business days. For customized jewelry, please allow for a longer preparation time, which can be up to 1-2 weeks, depending on the intricacy of the design.
Shipping Within Canada
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80 CAD within Canada. For orders under $80 CAD, a flat rate of $10 CAD applies. Orders are shipped via Canada Post and typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
Shipping to the United States
Orders shipped to the United States are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $15 CAD. We use Canada Post which hands off to USPS and delivery is usually within 5-10 business days.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to a vast number of international countries. For these orders, a flat rate of $25 CAD is applied. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and can take up to 3 weeks. Please note that you are responsible for any import duties, customs, and tax, these are not included in our shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status and whereabouts of your order.
Insurance
All items are fully insured during transit. MAAK Jewellers will not be responsible for lost or damaged items during transit if proven that the damage occurred after delivery.

Policy on Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight, including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
